I searched several stores over the months just hoping to find a US Flag and Components Made in the USA. I settled (my best choice of what was available) was Liberty Flag out of Waukegan, IL.

On the label it reads:
Flag manufactured in the U.S.
Flag kit assembled in the U.S.
Component hardware parts imported

Liberty Flags

and there seems to be two other Liberty Flag companies... I'm listing them here too:
Liberty Flag - World Class Flags Claim that flags and poles are made in the USA
Liberty Flags - The American WaveClaim that they have 100% American made inventory
Annin Flag Oldest and Largest flag maker in the US since 1847

Ok, I know there's bolt mfgrs not far from them, why not buy the screws from them in IL, and find someone who has cheap aluminum alloy pipe for the pole? Heck, way back in highschool, we did casts that were much more complicated than this. WHy can't they find a cast plant to make the brackets? Ugh, it's very frustrating... I'll be sending them an email to each of the companies listed above for their reply on this, and inviting them to join the forum. Stay tuned....
